Yes. We collect dietary and allergen information in advance and follow strict hygiene protocols.
Each child uses their own weighing bowl, separate tongs/scoops are used for each sweet mix, and all sweets are handled under strict food‑safety procedures. The Fizzy Rascal holds a 5‑star Food Hygiene Rating.
Yes. At least one parent or responsible adult from your booking party must however remain present for the entire session. A second adult can attend on request, subject to space.
Absolutely — you’re welcome to take photos throughout the session.
We will always try to offer an alternative date/time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If no alternative can be taken, the deposit is non‑refundable. Cancellations within 14 days are charged at 100% of the booking value. If The Fizzy Rascal must cancel, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date.
Initial enquiries are collected through an online form. Once a date Bookings can be made through our online form. A 50% deposit is required to secure your session.
We recommend the Junior Shopkeeper Experience for children aged 6 years and upwards.
Children aged 6–9 enjoy the core activities such as weighing sweets, serving customers, designing a new sweet, and taking part in fun shop‑role‑play. For older children aged 10–14, we adapt the creative activities to be more challenging and engaging — for example, creating a TikTok or Instagram storyboard as part of their session.
